Join us for this exciting new program! These sessions are a fun and challenging total body fitness workout. You will be guided through an hour yoga class on a stand up paddleboard used to improve balance and awareness all with low impact on your body. The class is designed to be relaxing yet increases your stability by building your core strength. No paddleboard or yoga experience is needed, great for beginners and advanced yogis. The series will be progressive as you learn to stabilize muscles not usually used on land. Space is limited!
Must be able to swim.
Please print, sign and bring waiver to the program on the first day.
