Enjoy the outdoors while getting your heart pumping and muscles flexing. This four week, 60 minute boot camp is suitable for the beginner to the advanced. We will modify exercises to accommodate any level. Expect to get a great workout incorporating strength and aerobic exercises with a certified strength and conditioning coach! The instructor is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and has over 17 years of experience. We will meet by the covered bridge at Lenape Park behind the Little League Fields, Walnut Street entrance.
